11340 Lakefield Drive
Johns Creek, GA
JWB managed several tenant improvement suites within the office building at 11340 Lakefield Drive in Johns Creek, GA. Some of these tenants include- The Providence Group Headquarters, Tidwell Group, EnGenius and 1st National Roofing.
Georgia Chair Factory
JWB oversaw the renovation of the Georgia Chair
Factory. A unique, historic wedding ceremony and reception venue
that can accommodate up to 300 guests. Elegant and industrial
describe this one-of-a-kind space with exposed brick, warm color
palette, and endless versatility.
JWB oversaw the renovation and expansion of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS.
JWB completed development of the 40,000 square foot, WellStar Avalon Health Park and they opened their doors in January 2020. This state-of-the-art, two-story medical building features high quality, out-patient services to patients in the North Fulton and Alpharetta area.
Liberty Park Village was developed with an architecturally minded design and town center appeal. It was strategically located, along Old Milton Parkway, to connect the Avalon and the Alpharetta City Center. It also adjoins The Foundry- a John Wieland residential development which will house around 118 residents from the high $600,000's.
JWB started construction of Liberty Park Village in May 2016 and completed construction in March 2018. The 41,632 square foot, investment property is adjacent to the Avalon shopping center. This unique property features office space above street level multi-service establishments such as, SunTrust Bank, Chuy's Tex-Mex, Verizon Wireless, Bob Steele Salon, Burger 21 and many more. The Liberty Bell that sits on the property is a replica of the original in Philadelphia.
The Atrium at Vinings Bank
JWB oversaw the renovation of the Atrium at Vinings Bank, completed in early 2019. This renovation allowed for a branch expansion as well as 3 additional suites, a front reception area, break room, and a large atrium. The Atrium is available to be rented out for large parties or meetings and is complete with ceiling mounted projectors, tables, chairs and a kitchen.
Peachtree Corners, GA
JWB developed Piedmont Bank's corporate headquarters, located along highway 141 across from The Forum in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The architectural design was intended to resemble the colonial era that is incorporated within their brand.
One of Doraville's more unique shopping centers, Peachtree Pavilion, was developed by JWB. It is anchored by Super H Mart, conveniently located next to Brands Mart USA, off of I-285.
JWB oversaw the development of The Highlands at Canterbury in 2006. This is a small community of 11 homes, located in Buckhead, minutes from I-85 and GA 400, Lenox Marta Station, as well as Buckhead's finest shopping & fine dining. These large, up-scale, 3 story, 4 bed, 4.5 bath, 2 car garage homes feature hardwood floors, granite counter tops, in-law suites, gourmet kitchens, jetted tubs with separate shower and so much more.
Cumming Marketplace Village
Cumming Marketplace Village was developed by JWB and is located in Cumming, Georgia, along Marketplace Boulevard, minutes from GA 400. The first 2 buildings were constructed at the same time in 2006, the last building was constructed, separately in 2008. It is considered to be 3rd best shopping center in Cumming, GA.
Peachtree Parkway Village was constructed in 2015 and is located directly off of Peachtree Parkway. 7 suites make up this retail plaza, consisting of retail and light fair.
Peachtree Hills Village was constructed in 2015 and is located directly off of Peachtree Hills Avenue. This retail plaza, is approximately 12,000 SF consisting of retail and light fair.
