Our founder
J. William “Bill” Butler, CCIM
Bill began his career as zoning administrator for DeKalb County before entering commercial real estate in 1974. He spent more than two decades at AFCO Realty, the last nineteen years as president, before founding JWB Realty Services in March 2000.
He has represented institutions, corporations and industries, and consulted for large property owners including city governments. Taking care of clients remains his principal tenet of business.
