Evan came to JWB in the fall of 2018, with a background in  apartment maintenance and information technology. His responsibilities include preventative maintenance, services in emergency situations and daily upkeep of the properties managed by JWB.

 

Evan is a key employee such that his daily maintenance allows for JWB Property Managers to manage pro-actively as opposed to re-actively. This may even allow for some preventative maintenance discounts on property insurance.
