Realty Services, LLC was founded in March 2000 to offer real estate services to clients in most all aspects of commercial real estate ownership and
leases. The company has eight professionals
allowing us at every level to be involved in
our client’s needs. We offer high quality
services and the knowledge to bring in
outside resources as our client's needs
require. Our services include
management of commercial real
estate representing the landlord,
landlord leasing representation,
tenant leasing representation, sale of
investment properties, land sales, and
select development services. Our lines of
specialization include office, retail, and industrial.
In the land sales area, our lines of specialization expand
to include residential development in the mid to high density developments.

The founder of our company is J. William Butler who currently serves as president. Bill Butler, as he is known in the real estate community, has worked in the real estate business since 1974. After working
approximately three years as zoning
administrator for Dekalb County, he
entered the commercial real estate
industry in 1974. Bill moved into
the brokerage and property
management business in 1976 by
joining AFCO Realty and staying
with AFCO Realty until March 2000.
He served the last nineteen years as
president of the company, overseeing
the daily operations as well as being active
in the deal transaction side of the business.
Bill Butler has represented many institutions, corporations, and industries as well as acting as a consultant to several large owners of real estate including city governments.
Bill Butler's philosophy of taking care of his clients remains his principle tenant of business as well as giving back to the real estate community through the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, for which he served as its president in 2002 and the Atlanta Board of Realtors Education Foundation as a Trustee Emeritus.
