Primarily centers on the practical day to day management and accounting records which are customized to fit the client’s needs. JWB handles all aspects of the property including day to day management such as collecting rents, administrating leases, and preparing balance sheet, income and cash flow statements. The reports produced monthly include all financial records of the month’s activities.

Landlord Representation in Leasing:
Landlord Representation in leasing focuses around knowledge of the marketplace and the ability to attract and sign tenants to the landlords’ property. JWB leases all of its managed properties as the two services combine in attracting and keeping tenants. JWB will focus on a marketing plan with tenant mix and price to fit the market.
