Services:
JWB Realty offers development services for a fee whereby JWB
performs the role of developer. This process, on behalf of the client, includes:
site engineering, architectural drawing, bidding and retention of a construction
company, assistance with acquiring financing, and supervising the process through
building completion and obtaining a certificate of occupancy. JWB has usually
retained the leasing and management services after completion. Some of our past
